For Microsoft 365 and compliance work it lists the factors that shape cost, such as user count and scope. It advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It publishes no prices.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the site gives no prices, no contract terms and no headcount, and the terms of the satisfaction guarantee are not stated. Beyond the Fortinet partner tier, it names no staff certifications.
It does state response times. The about page says critical issues get a response within 30 minutes, even after hours, and standard requests within 60 minutes. Whether those figures are written into the agreement is worth asking, along with the rest, before you sign.
