The site states its own numbers: 1000+ managed users, 1,600+ devices, 13,500 tickets resolved last year, 92% client retention and a 12-minute median response on user tickets. These are the company's figures and we have no way to check them.
Its reviews page names clients, including Probity Advisors, Neighborhood Medical Center and ReignRock Capital Partners. Several reviewers say they have used mindIT for more than a decade, and one medical practice says since 2014. We have not spoken to any of those clients.
How it says it charges
mindIT says it charges a flat monthly fee per user that includes projects and changes, with no hourly billing, no minimum, no onboarding fee and "no long-term contract". It describes a full plan for people at a computer all day and a lighter, lower-cost plan for warehouse, floor or field workers.
It publishes no prices. The site offers to email a per-user rate to anyone who asks. It adds that sites with a lot of network equipment are priced on their real footprint instead.
What its site does not tell you
