Quinn Technology Solutions says it charges flat monthly rates with a clear contract, based on business size, users, devices and services. Complete Cloud is priced per user. It promises to say "what it will cost before you sign anything".
It also publishes a guide to what Houston businesses typically pay. The guide gives $100 to $250 per user per month for standard packages, $250 to $400 for the fullest ones, and project rates of $75 to $200 per hour. These are presented as market ranges. It publishes no prices of its own.
What its site does not tell you
On the 11 pages we read, the site does not give its own prices, contract length or the number of people it employs. The one response time stated is a call back "within 30 minutes" when the help desk misses a call.
