Corptek says its engagements are "priced by user and endpoint, not by ticket volume or hours". Hardware projects, major migrations and after-hours work outside the scope are scoped and approved separately. The healthcare and financial pages describe a per-user monthly figure. It publishes no prices.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the company makes firm response claims. It advertises a "60-second response guarantee" on support calls and says median resolution time is under twenty minutes. The terms of that guarantee, and what happens if it is missed, are not given.
