BrevAll Technologies 2 of 5 checks
Managed and co-managed IT, security, cabling and cameras for Fort Worth-area firms and cities.
BrevAll Technologies Overview
BrevAll Technologies is a managed technology provider with its office in North Richland Hills, in the Fort Worth area. Its site says it has served North Texas organizations for more than 30 years, without giving a founding year. The pages we read name no owner or executives.
It describes its clients as small and mid-sized organizations. Its industries menu lists legal, accounting, professional services, municipalities, manufacturing and enterprise.
What BrevAll Technologies sells
The site lists managed IT and co-managed IT, where it says it works alongside an internal team without replacing it. Around those it lists cybersecurity, cloud planning and migration, and Microsoft work covering Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune and Azure.
Two lines set it apart from a typical provider. The first is a low voltage division: structured cabling, fiber, surveillance cameras, access control, Wi-Fi and VoIP phone systems. The second is AI consulting and automation, which the site mentions on most of the pages we read.
It also says it takes individual projects, assessments and migrations from companies that want to keep their existing IT provider.
The work it points to
The testimonials page carries a long run of statements credited by name, title and organization. Among them are the Community Enrichment Center, USFN, the North Tarrant Chamber of Commerce, O. Trevino Construction, The City of Richland Hills, Presbyterian Night Shelter and Safe Haven of Tarrant County.
Several concern its VoIP service. One client says it has used BrevAll for over 25 years.
The about page cites two awards: 2023 Sherweb Microsoft Highest Growth Partner and the 2019 City of North Richland Hills Momentum Award. We have not spoken to any of those clients.
How it says it charges
It publishes no prices and does not describe its billing model. The site offers a free 30-minute discovery call with, in its words, "No cost. No obligation. No pressure." It also advertises a referral program paying up to $1,000 per referral.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the site states no prices, response times, contract terms or headcount, and names no staff certifications. Its about page title calls it "Tarrant County’s No. 1 Trusted Tech Firm" without saying who ranked it.
The service pages are short and describe outcomes more than what is included in a plan. None of that is unusual for a provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.

BrevAll Technologies Services
What those services mean, and what to ask
Ongoing responsibility for your systems for a recurring fee: monitoring, patching, support and planning. Ask exactly which devices, users and sites the fee covers, and what is billed on top.
What an MSP isThe provider works alongside your own IT staff, taking the monitoring, tooling, out-of-hours cover or projects they have no time for. It depends on a written line between what each team owns.
IT outsourcing modelsProtection, detection and response: endpoint software, email filtering, firewalls and someone watching the alerts. Many providers resell a specialist for monitoring, so ask who actually does the work and who calls you at night.
Cybersecurity basicsCopies of your data kept where the original's problems cannot reach, and a plan for bringing systems back. Ask how often a restore is tested and how long a full recovery takes.
Backup and disaster recoveryThe physical side: structured cabling, racks, cameras and door access. Ask which cable category is being installed, whether each run is tested and labeled, and who can view the camera footage.

Rules that come with those sectors
Naming a sector is not evidence that a provider meets its rules. These are the ones that commonly apply in the United States, and what to ask about each.
- Accounting
- Tax and accounting firms fall under the FTC Safeguards Rule, and the IRS expects a written information security plan. Ask how the provider supports yours.
- Legal
- Lawyers have a professional duty to make reasonable efforts to protect client information, under ABA Model Rule 1.6 and its state versions. Ask how client files and email are secured.
- Local government
- Public bodies that handle criminal justice information fall under the FBI CJIS Security Policy. Ask whether the provider's staff have been through the required screening.

The overview. Written by us from 12 pages of the company's own website, each read in full on Sep 17, 2026. It reports what the site says and what it leaves out. It is not a review, and nothing in it has been verified beyond the five checks.
Note on the record. No founding year is shown because the sources give a range: the company site says more than 30 years, Clutch 1992, the Northeast Tarrant Chamber member since 1992, the Fort Worth Chamber 31 years, and the corporation was chartered in 2001.
