How it says it charges
Barcom says Complete Care is billed at a flat monthly rate with no long-term contracts, and describes a 30 day out. Contracted clients are promised priority and a reduced project rate for work outside the contract. It publishes no prices.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the site does give support figures: a 15 minute average response time, 85% first call resolution and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. It does not define what the uptime guarantee covers or what happens if it is missed.
It refers to certified professionals without naming the certifications, and does not say how many people work there. Some claims deserve a question. The backup page says 15+ years with zero data loss incidents, and the healthcare page says the company focuses exclusively on healthcare, which the rest of the site contradicts.
None of that is unusual for a provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.
