$129 per technician per month on Core and $179 on Team, billed annually, with unlimited endpoints on both and $30 more for monthly billing. The $50 between the plans is mostly Microsoft 365 security and identity management, plus network discovery, session recording and real-time ticket automation. If you do not sell Microsoft 365 security, Core leaves little out.
- Core: $129 per technician per month, annual
- Team: $179, mostly Microsoft 365 security on top
- Unlimited endpoints on both plans
- Network discovery and session recording: Team only
- Monthly billing: $30 more per technician

Syncro pricing is published in full, which is the reason it takes full marks for pricing clarity on the MSP ranking. Two plans, each priced per technician with unlimited endpoints, billed annually or monthly, and a custom tier for larger providers. The company’s old syncromsp.com address now redirects to syncrosecure.com.
There are two lists, not one. Syncro MSP pricing sits on the page titled for managed service providers, and a second page prices the same platform for internal IT departments on a single plan. Both are per technician, and both are set out below.
The plans
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | A year per technician |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $129 per user / mo | $159 | $1,548 annual, $1,908 monthly |
| Team | $179 per user / mo | $209 | $2,148 annual, $2,508 monthly |
| Enterprise / Custom | Quote | Quote | Multi-year terms, PO billing, volume pricing, custom start dates |
Both plans include the RMM and the PSA, unlimited managed endpoints covering Windows, Mac, servers and network devices, a 14-day trial with no credit card, and 24/5 live support. Syncro lists itself as SOC 2 Type II certified on both price lists.
The unit is the technician, not the device, so the bill grows with your team rather than your client roster, which is the point Syncro itself makes: three technicians on the annual Team plan is $6,444 a year, whatever they manage.
Paying monthly costs $30 more per technician on either plan, a flat surcharge that works out to 23 percent on Core and 17 percent on Team.
The billWhat moves the number, and what is not on it
Syncro Core vs Team: what the extra $50 buys
Team costs $50 more per technician per month than Core, 39 percent on annual billing. Read the comparison table row by row and the difference falls into two groups of very different size.
Most of it is Microsoft 365 security and identity work, managed across client tenants: Entra ID sync, Entra ID actions such as password and MFA resets, session revocation and user blocks, automated Microsoft 365 license billing, CIS-aligned security baselines with detection and alerts, consolidated security posture scoring, branded security assessment reports and identity governance tools.
And four operational features that some providers will be surprised to find missing from Core: network discovery, which scans client networks for unmanaged devices; session recording for remote sessions; real-time ticket automations for routing, escalation and SLA rules; and the real-time ticket metrics dashboard. Asset warranty tracking is Team only as well.
So the decision is less about size than about what you sell. A provider that sells Microsoft 365 security as a service, or that has to show a client a recorded remote session, is buying Team.
A provider that patches, monitors and bills, and handles Microsoft 365 elsewhere, loses little on Core. Everything else in the table, patching, scripting, policy inheritance, ticketing, invoicing, recurring billing, the client portal, Splashtop remote access and the integrations, is on both.
What the RMM and the PSA actually contain
Both plans carry both halves, so the comparison table is the only place to read what each half is.
The RMM side is unlimited managed endpoints across Windows, Mac, servers and network devices, automated Windows patch management, custom alert profiles set per client or device group, a scripting engine with a prebuilt script library, and policy inheritance, which governs devices without per device configuration.
The PSA side is helpdesk ticketing, estimates, invoicing and payments, recurring billing automation, a branded client portal, inventory management, a live chat agent, customizable reports and prebuilt Power BI templates. Syncro describes billing automation as part of the platform rather than a paid add-on.
Remote work is Splashtop remote desktop, backgrounding tools that reach Event Viewer, the file system, the registry, Service Manager and Task Manager without interrupting the user, secure file transfer mid-session, and remote command prompt and PowerShell access. All of it is on Core.
Team adds to those halves rather than unlocking them: network discovery and warranty tracking on the RMM side, real-time ticket automations and the live metrics dashboard on the PSA side, session recording on the remote side.
Syncro price per technician, and what it does to cost per endpoint
The Syncro price per technician is the whole unit: not per client, not per endpoint. Syncro’s own answer is that managed endpoints are unlimited on every plan and the bill changes only when you add technicians, so cost per endpoint falls as each technician manages more of them.
That inverts the usual arithmetic. At $1,548 a year, one Core technician covering 300 devices works out to $5.16 per device per year; the same technician covering 900 works out to $1.72. A per endpoint product charges the same rate at both counts.
What is not on the bill
Endpoints are not, which is the structural fact that makes Syncro cheap or expensive for you. A provider with three technicians and 900 endpoints pays for three people; so does one with 150. The cost per endpoint falls as each technician manages more of them, the reverse of a per endpoint product such as NinjaOne.
One add-on is priced on the page: Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup at $1.90 per user per month, covering Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Lists and Planner, with unlimited storage and regional data residency.
It is priced per Microsoft 365 user being backed up rather than per technician, so it is a second billing unit on the invoice and scales with your clients rather than your team.
The second price list: Syncro for internal IT teams
The IT department page prices the same platform on one plan, by billing term rather than by feature tier. Everything on it is included whatever term you pick.
| Term | Per technician, a month | What the page says |
|---|---|---|
| Month to month | $209 | Billed monthly, cancel anytime |
| 12 month term | $179 | Billed monthly, no upfront payment, saves $360 per technician a year |
| Enterprise / Custom | Quote | Multi-year terms, PO billing, custom start dates |
What makes that list worth reading is its contents. The Microsoft 365 security and identity suite, network discovery, session recording and device warranty tracking are all in it, and on the MSP side those are the features that separate $179 Team from $129 Core.
Syncro MSP pricing and the IT list differ in what they bundle, not only in the number. The MSP plans add the multi-tenant work: managing many client tenants, client billing and invoicing, and the branded client portal. The IT page also flags Microsoft Teams and Slack employee ticketing as coming in 2026.
The billing shape differs too. The MSP figures are per technician per month billed annually; the IT figures are billed monthly either way, with the 12 month term simply committing you for a year.
What the free trial covers
Both lists offer the same trial: 14 days, no credit card, and Syncro describes it as full platform access with no feature limitations, including the Microsoft 365 security features against your own tenant.
Two details matter afterwards. Adding a payment method continues the account, and Syncro says data, settings and configuration from the trial remain intact. It also says its automated installers often make migrating from an existing tool a job of a few hours.
What only a quote answers
The Enterprise tier exists for multi-year terms, purchase order billing, volume pricing and custom start dates. None of those carries a published figure, so the discount for committing longer, or for a larger technician count, is a conversation.
Mixed tiers are a conversation as well. Syncro asks larger teams to contact sales about running some technicians on Core and some on Team, and says a single tier keeps billing simple and gives every technician the same feature set.
CompareHow it sits against the alternatives
Against the rest of the MSP field, Syncro’s price is the same number as its closest rivals at the entry point, and the difference is in what that number includes.
| Product | Unit | Entry price | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Syncro | Per technician | $129 a month, annual | Network discovery is Team only |
| Atera | Per technician | $129 a month, annual | Network discovery is a $29 add-on per technician |
| SuperOps | Per technician | From $129 | Each license carries 150 endpoints |
| NinjaOne | Per endpoint | $3.75 per endpoint, 50 or fewer | Nothing between its two published price points |
Three products start at $129 per technician, and the fine print separates them. Atera charges network discovery as a $29 add-on; Syncro puts it in the $179 Team plan; SuperOps caps each license at 150 endpoints. For a provider whose technicians each look after several hundred devices, the unlimited endpoints on Syncro and Atera are worth more than the headline suggests.
On the rankings, Syncro holds 7.6 on both the MSP and the PSA ranking, second of six on the first. It trails ConnectWise and HaloPSA on depth and takes 3 of 5 on scale for lack of published evidence at several thousand endpoints, which matters to a large provider and very little to a small one.
Its 5 of 5 on pricing clarity is the reason this page could be written entirely from the vendor’s own figures.

ChangelogWhat changed in this update
- First published, from the Syncro pricing page and its Core against Team comparison table, read on September 11, 2026 in a browser and as raw HTML from two machines.
- Corrected: Syncro does publish a price list for internal IT departments, at syncrosecure.com/pricing/for-it-teams, and this page previously said it did not. Added that list, what the RMM and PSA halves contain on both plans, the per technician arithmetic and what the trial covers. The MSP figures were read twice again and none had moved.
FAQFrequently asked questions
How much does Syncro cost?
Core is $129 per technician per month billed annually, or $159 monthly. Team is $179 annually or $209 monthly. Both include the RMM and PSA with unlimited endpoints, and an Enterprise tier is priced by quote.
What is the Syncro price per technician?
On the MSP list, $129 a month on Core and $179 on Team billed annually, or $159 and $209 billed monthly. Internal IT departments pay $179 on a 12 month term or $209 month to month. Every plan carries unlimited endpoints, so the technician is the only unit that moves the bill.
Does Syncro charge per endpoint?
No. Every plan is per technician, with unlimited managed endpoints covering Windows, Mac, servers and network devices, and no per device charge.
What is the difference between Syncro Core and Team?
Team adds Microsoft 365 security and identity management across client tenants, network discovery, session recording, real-time ticket automations and metrics, and asset warranty tracking. Patching, scripting, ticketing, invoicing and remote access are on both. Team costs $50 more per technician per month.
Is Syncro an RMM or a PSA?
Both, in one platform, on every plan. The RMM half covers endpoints, patching, alerting, scripting and policy inheritance. The PSA half covers ticketing, estimates, invoicing, payments, recurring billing, the client portal and reporting. Syncro describes billing automation as part of the platform rather than an add-on.
Is network discovery included in Syncro?
Only on the Team plan for MSPs. The comparison table marks it as not included on Core. On the separate IT department plan, network discovery and shadow IT detection are included whichever billing term you pick.
Does Syncro record remote sessions?
On the Team plan. Session recording is marked as not included on Core; the other remote access tools, including Splashtop remote desktop, are on both plans.
How much does Syncro cost for three technicians?
$4,644 a year on Core billed annually, or $6,444 on Team, which is the figure Syncro itself publishes for three technicians on the annual Team plan.
Is there a Syncro free trial?
Yes, 14 days with no credit card, on either plan.
What does the Syncro free trial include?
Syncro describes it as full platform access with no feature limitations for 14 days, including the Microsoft 365 security features against your own tenant. Adding a payment method afterwards continues the account, and Syncro says trial data, settings and configuration remain intact.
How much more does monthly billing cost?
$30 per technician per month on either plan: $159 against $129 on Core and $209 against $179 on Team, which is 23 and 17 percent.
What add-ons does Syncro charge for?
One is priced on the pricing page: Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup at $1.90 per user per month, priced per Microsoft 365 user backed up rather than per technician.
Does Syncro have pricing for internal IT departments?
Yes, on its own page, and it is one plan priced by term rather than two priced by features. Month to month is $209 per technician a month; a 12 month term is $179, billed monthly, which Syncro says saves $360 per technician a year. Larger teams are quoted.
Can I mix Core and Team technicians?
Not from the pricing page. Syncro asks larger teams to contact sales about mixed-tier configurations, and says a single tier keeps billing simple and gives every technician the same feature set when answering client tickets and alerts.
Is Syncro cheaper than Atera?
At the entry point they are the same, $129 per technician per month billed annually, both with unlimited endpoints. Atera charges network discovery as a $29 per technician add-on, where Syncro includes it in the $179 Team plan, so the comparison depends on which features you need.
Are these figures current?
They were read on syncrosecure.com on September 11, 2026, in a browser and as raw HTML from two machines, and the readings matched. Both price lists were read twice again on September 23, 2026 and no figure had moved.
