From $8.25 per Mac per month for Apple MDM and from $16 for the Security Suite, which adds SentinelOne EDR and a 24/7 MDR service. Support is included. Three things are not published: the iPhone and iPad add-on rate, the lower MSP rates, and the discounts for schools, large organizations and multi-year terms.

|---|---|---|---|
| Apple MDM | From $8.25 / Mac / mo | Per device | MDM, DDM and RMM tools |
| Security Suite | From $16 / Mac / mo | Per device | Adds SentinelOne EDR and 24/7 MDR |

Addigy pricing has a small puzzle in it. Every plan card on the pricing page says Request Custom Pricing, and the numbers are in the FAQ underneath the cards: Apple MDM starts at $8.25 per Mac per month, and the Security Suite starts at $16. Both are priced per device, per month, with no multi-year contract required.
What is priced, and what is not
| Plan | Published price | What the vendor says it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Apple MDM | From $8.25 per Mac / mo | MDM, declarative device management and RMM tools, multi-tenant dashboard with single sign-on, live terminal, zero-touch enrollment |
| Security Suite | From $16 per Mac / mo | All of Apple MDM plus SentinelOne EDR with 24/7 MDR, CVE tracking, Microsoft conditional access, CIS, NIST, CMMC and DISA STIG compliance |
| Addigy Intelligence Suite | Not published | All of Apple MDM plus AI script assistance, natural language reporting, smart filters and AI tool controls, with an approval gate on every action |
| iPhone, iPad and Apple TV | Not published | An add-on to a Mac plan at a separate per device rate |
| Addigy Boost | Not published | Guided training and support with an Apple Solutions Architect |
Two published numbers, both starting points, and a list of discounts that exist without figures: MSPs get lower per device rates, schools and large organizations get custom discounted pricing, and multi-year buyers can lock in lower rates.
For a single company managing its own Macs, $8.25 is the number to budget against; for anyone in those three groups, it is a ceiling.
Which Apple devices the price covers
Addigy is Apple only, and its pricing page says so in the subheading under the title: one platform for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. That distinction runs through the whole price list, because only the Mac carries a published rate.
The operating systems it names are macOS, iOS and iPadOS, with Apple TV listed as a device. Addigy’s iPhone and iPad page answers the question outright: it manages iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple TVs in one platform, with consistent policies, update automation and reporting across every Apple endpoint.
Its device management page puts a version floor under the newest mechanism. Declarative device management enforces and schedules major and minor system updates on macOS 14 and later, iOS 17 and later and iPadOS 17 and later. Older releases fall back to traditional MDM.
What is absent is everything else. No Windows, no Android, no Linux. A mixed estate needs a second tool beside this one, so the Addigy price per device covers only the Apple share of the fleet. Settle that share before running any Addigy MDM pricing comparison.
For iPhones and iPads that is more than a footnote. The published $8.25 is per Mac, and Apple’s mobile devices sit on an add-on rate the page does not give, so a company issuing a Mac and an iPhone to each person has half a price.
The billWhat moves the number, and what is not on it
The Security Suite nearly doubles the price, and the reason is in the name of one vendor
Security Suite is $7.75 more per Mac per month than Apple MDM at the starting rate, 94 percent more. What that buys is mostly not Addigy software: the headline inclusion is SentinelOne endpoint detection and response, with 24/7 managed detection and response behind it, plus vulnerability tracking by CVE and compliance enforcement against CIS, NIST, CMMC and DISA STIG.
That makes the comparison a buyer should run a simple one. If your Macs already have an EDR product, or your security team already runs a detection service, the Suite duplicates it and the cheaper plan is the one to price.
If they have neither, compare $7.75 per Mac against buying EDR and an MDR service separately, which is the decision the Suite exists to shortcut.
iPhones and iPads are a separate line
Both published prices are per Mac. iPhones, iPads and Apple TVs are an add-on at a separate per device rate that the page does not publish.
A company with one Mac and one iPhone per person is therefore pricing two devices per head at a rate known for only one of them. Ask for the iOS rate before comparing Addigy with a product that prices all Apple devices the same.
A third tier now sits between the two published prices
The pricing page carries three plan cards rather than two. Between Apple MDM and the Security Suite sits the Addigy Intelligence Suite, marked most popular, which adds AI script assistance, natural language reporting, smart filters across devices and policies, and blocking of unapproved AI tools.
Its price is not published. The FAQ calls Intelligence a tier priced per device and available through custom pricing, and says that through October 31, 2026 it is included for every Addigy customer at no additional cost, becoming a paid tier after that date.
The tiers are cumulative. Apple MDM is the core platform, Intelligence adds the AI layer with an approval gate on every action, and the Security Suite contains both plus the endpoint security. Security Suite customers get Intelligence at no additional cost, so $16 still covers the page.
What is included that often is not
Support is included on every plan at no additional cost, US-based with expanded EU hours, alongside a knowledge base of nearly 400 articles. Larger organizations can buy Premium Support.
Every new customer gets a complimentary kickoff session. Migration from Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle is a professional service, scoped and quoted separately, and Addigy Boost, the guided training program, carries no published price.
There is also a product for people not ready to switch: Amplify, described as keeping your current MDM provider while adding Addigy’s live features. The pricing page gives it no price.
The trial
Fourteen days, no credit card, with the full platform: the agent, Apple MDM and declarative management, the multi-tenant dashboard and real-time monitoring. MSPs and internal IT teams are both eligible.
Addigy MDM pricing for MSPs, which is the market it aims at
Addigy sells to managed service providers first, and its own MSP page says so plainly: it calls itself the multi-tenant Apple MDM built for MSPs, with every client and every Apple device managed from a single login. The pricing FAQ says MSP rates are lower per device, and publishes none of them.
What the multi-tenancy buys is on the same page. Device visibility across every client fleet, updates and policies pushed across tenants without switching accounts, settings applied once and inherited across organizations, and a self service portal an MSP can brand with its own logo.
Two more lines matter at the service desk. Addigy advertises more than 100 device metrics monitored continuously with real time alerts, and instant remote screen share or command line access. Those are the features it groups under live, and they are what it means by real time control.
So the practical reading of Addigy MDM pricing for a provider is a floor of $8.25 per Mac with a discount you have to ask for, set against a per technician RMM that also covers Windows. Price the Apple share of the client estate first, then decide which tool owns it.
Addigy vs Jamf pricing, and what the headline hides
Addigy vs Jamf pricing is the comparison most readers arrive with, and the two vendors do not package the same thing. Addigy publishes a Mac starting rate and prices iPhones and iPads separately. Jamf publishes bundles that cover several products at once.
The Jamf figures used here are the ones this site read for its Jamf pricing page: Jamf for Mac at $12.50 per device per month billed annually, bundling Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect and Jamf Protect, with a 25 device minimum stated on the vendor page.
So the honest form of Addigy vs Jamf pricing is not $8.25 against $12.50. The Jamf figure already contains endpoint security and Addigy’s does not until the Security Suite at $16. The real comparison sits between Addigy’s two plans, and an EDR you already own decides which side you land on.
The second buried line is the minimum. Jamf’s 25 device floor makes a ten Mac company pay for twenty five. Addigy’s pricing page publishes no device minimum at all, which is the part of the comparison that moves most for the smallest buyers.
Neither of those is a verdict on the products. Addigy is not scored on any ranking here, and this page compares what the two vendors publish, not how they behave on a fleet of Macs.
CompareHow it sits against the alternatives
Against the Apple-focused products ranked on this site, Addigy’s starting price sits between the per user and the per device products, and below Jamf’s bundle.
| Product | Unit | 100 Macs, a year |
|---|---|---|
| Addigy Apple MDM | Per device | From $9,900 |
| Addigy Security Suite | Per device | From $19,200, with EDR and MDR |
| Jamf for Mac | Per device | $15,000, bundling Jamf Pro, Connect and Protect |
| JumpCloud | Per user | $10,800 for 100 people on Device Management |
| Kandji | Not published | Quote on every tier |
The fair comparison with Jamf is not the first row. Jamf for Mac bundles endpoint security, Jamf Protect, into its $12.50, so it sits between Addigy’s two plans in what it covers as well as in price: more than Apple MDM alone, and, as Jamf’s pricing page lists the bundle, Jamf Pro, Connect and Protect with no managed detection service named, where Addigy’s Security Suite names a 24/7 one.
Addigy is not on the MDM ranking here, so it carries no score, and this page makes no claim about how its features compare in use. What it can say is that among the Apple specialists, Addigy publishes starting prices where Kandji publishes none, and that both of its published prices are floors rather than quotes.
One more Addigy product belongs beside that table and it is not a competitor to anything in it. Amplify, which Addigy aims at MSPs, adds real time device visibility to the MDM a client already runs, so a provider can monitor a fleet without migrating it. No price is published.
Across the Apple specialists the published picture is short. Addigy gives a floor and no minimum, Jamf gives a bundle price and a 25 device minimum, and Kandji gives neither. For a mixed Mac and iPhone estate none of the three is fully priced until somebody quotes the mobile rate.
ChangelogWhat changed in this update
- First published, from the Addigy pricing page and its FAQ, read on September 11, 2026 in a browser and as raw HTML from two machines.
- Added the Apple platform coverage the price actually buys, read at addigy.com on September 23, 2026, the MSP angle from Addigy’s own MSP page, and an Addigy vs Jamf pricing section using the Jamf figures already published on this site. Recorded a third plan card, the Addigy Intelligence Suite, which was not on the page when this was written. The $8.25 and $16 figures are unchanged and still read the same at the source.
FAQFrequently asked questions
How much does Addigy cost?
Apple MDM starts at $8.25 per Mac per month and the Security Suite at $16 per Mac per month, both per device. The figures are in the FAQ on the pricing page; the plan cards themselves say Request Custom Pricing.
Does Addigy charge per device or per user?
Per device, per month. Macs are priced on the plan; iPhones, iPads and Apple TVs are an add-on at a separate per device rate.
How much does Addigy charge for iPhones and iPads?
The rate is not published. The pricing FAQ says iOS devices are available as an add-on at a separate per device rate, so ask for it before comparing Addigy with a product that prices every Apple device the same.
What does the Addigy Security Suite include?
Everything in Apple MDM plus SentinelOne EDR with 24/7 managed detection and response, CVE tracking and vulnerability management, Microsoft conditional access integration through Entra ID and Intune, and compliance enforcement for CIS, NIST, CMMC and DISA STIG. It starts at $16 per Mac per month.
Does Addigy have MSP pricing?
Yes, at lower per device rates than the published starting prices, for both Apple MDM and the Security Suite. The MSP rates are not published.
Is support included in Addigy pricing?
Yes, on every plan at no additional cost, US-based with expanded EU hours. Premium Support is available for larger organizations, and Addigy Boost is a separate guided training program with no published price.
Does Addigy require a long contract?
No. The FAQ says no multi-year contract is required, though buyers can lock in lower rates by choosing a multi-year plan.
Is there an Addigy free trial?
Yes, 14 days with no credit card and the full platform, for MSPs and internal IT teams alike.
Does Addigy charge for migration from Jamf or Kandji?
Migration from Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle is a professional service, scoped to your environment and quoted separately. A kickoff session for initial setup is complimentary.
Is Addigy cheaper than Jamf?
At starting prices, Apple MDM is $8.25 per Mac per month against $12.50 for Jamf for Mac. But Jamf’s figure bundles endpoint security, so the closer comparison sits between Addigy’s two plans: $8.25 without security, $16 with EDR and a 24/7 MDR service.
What is Addigy Amplify?
A product for organizations that keep their current MDM provider but want Addigy’s live features. The pricing page gives it no price.
Are these figures current?
They were read on addigy.com on September 11, 2026, in a browser and as raw HTML from two machines, and the readings matched. That date is printed at the top of this page.
What does Addigy manage besides Macs?
iPhones, iPads and Apple TVs, which Addigy says it runs from the same platform as Macs, with consistent policies and reporting across them. Its device management page applies declarative update enforcement to macOS 14 and later, iOS 17 and later and iPadOS 17 and later. Windows, Android and Linux are not covered.
Is Addigy built for MSPs?
Its own MSP page calls Addigy the multi-tenant Apple MDM built for MSPs, with every client managed from a single login, policies pushed across tenants, settings inherited across organizations and a self service portal you can brand. The pricing FAQ adds that MSP rates are lower per device, without publishing them.
What is the Addigy Intelligence Suite?
A third plan card between Apple MDM and the Security Suite, adding AI script assistance, natural language reporting and controls over unapproved AI tools, with an approval gate on every action. It is priced per device through custom pricing, and the page publishes no figure for it.
How does the Addigy price per device compare with Jamf?
Addigy publishes a floor of $8.25 per Mac per month. This site read Jamf for Mac at $12.50 per device per month billed annually, with a 25 device minimum, on its own Jamf pricing page. Jamf bundles endpoint security into that figure, where Addigy charges $16 for the Security Suite.
Does Addigy have a minimum number of devices?
The pricing page states none. It gives a starting rate per Mac per month and says no multi-year contract is required, with no device floor printed anywhere on it. That matters against Jamf, whose business pricing page states a 25 device minimum on both of its bundles.
