Cloud work centers on Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus select AWS migrations. A co-managed option covers after-hours work, security monitoring and project overflow for in-house IT teams. The law firm page names Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, CosmoLex and LawPay. The menu also lists web development, VOIP phone systems and data recovery.
How it says it charges
It says managed IT is billed at a flat monthly rate, customized per client. It publishes no prices. The only dollar figure about hiring is a comparison: its co-managed page says a full-time hire typically costs $60,000-$90,000+ per year, and that its support costs a fraction of that.
It does publish a service level, which is rare in this directory. The site says critical issues get a response within 15 minutes, single-user outages within 1 hour, and standard requests within 4 business hours. Its posted office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the site gives no prices, no contract terms and no staff count. It names no certifications or vendor partnerships. The testimonials page showed no client quotes in the copy we saved, and we found no named clients elsewhere.
The security pages cite many outside statistics, which describe the market and not this company. It is also unclear how the 15 minute response applies outside office hours. None of that is unusual for a small provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.
