The site shows short client testimonials and says it was voted Best of El Paso 2024 for Computer Support & Services. Its cybersecurity page claims experience protecting 1,500+ businesses in El Paso since 2011, and says it has helped dozens recover from attacks. The healthcare page claims "100% client retention in the first year".
No case study was among the pages we saw, though the about page points to success stories. We have not spoken to any of those clients.
How it says it charges
GCS IT says all of its services are month-to-month, with no contracts and no hidden fees. It publishes one price: the cybersecurity page says the managed cybersecurity service "starts at $35/seat/month". It gives no figure for managed IT or VoIP.
What its site does not tell you
On the 11 pages we read, the site does give a response time, 15 to 30 minutes for emergencies in El Paso, and says its team is certified in ESET endpoint protection and Ubiquiti network security. It does not give a headcount, a managed IT price, or the terms behind the uptime and retention figures.
The 1,500+ figure is one we have no way to check, and the top of the cybersecurity page still carried placeholder text when we read it. None of that is unusual for a small provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.
