Mandry says it does not publish client logos. In their place it offers anonymized scenarios, such as a regional hospital whose backups had not been tested in 18 months. It claims 97% client retention, and says that figure comes from its own internal records. We have not spoken to any of those clients.
How it says it charges
It publishes no prices. Its FAQ says pricing is custom and that "there is no published rate card", with every engagement starting from an assessment. It describes onboarding as a structured 30 to 90 day cutover, and contrasts that with providers that bill onboarding separately.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the site states no prices, no help desk response times, no contract terms and no headcount. It refers to its own SOC 2 Type II attestation and lists HCISPP under memberships, but we found no report date or auditor. Phone hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central.
None of that is unusual for a provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.
