Unusual for this directory, it also installs physical security: surveillance, access control, intrusion and fire alarms, audio and paging systems, and drive-thru systems.
The work it points to
Its case studies page describes projects without naming the clients. One says a professional services firm cut accounts receivable costs 74%, from $494K to $126K a year. Another says a municipal website host consolidated nearly 100 virtual servers into 8 environments, saving $250K+ a year.
Others describe a construction company, an automotive marketing company, an elder care group and a hospitality group. The home page also announces a partnership with Microsoft to launch AI automation. We have not spoken to any of those clients.
How it says it charges
Simpatico publishes one figure. Its legal services page says engagements "typically start around $4,000", are scoped to the size of the firm, and follow a complimentary strategy session. That page is about technology strategy for law firms. The managed IT page gives no price.
The services page mentions all-in-one packages it calls Business Protection Plans, without contents or prices.
What its site does not tell you
On the 12 pages we read, the site gives no managed IT prices, no response times, no contract terms and no headcount. It names no certifications of its own, though the home page shows partner logos that include Microsoft and Meraki. Its services page says "Guaranteed full compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards" and gives no terms.
