The site describes Knight as an independent dealer for HP, Sharp, Ricoh and other brands, selling desktop printers, multifunction devices and production equipment, along with printer fleet management, document management, digital signage and interactive whiteboards.
The managed IT pages list 24/7 monitoring of covered systems, an in-house help desk, backup and business continuity, cloud migration, hardware procurement and vCIO guidance. Security work includes risk assessments, penetration testing, patching, EDR, intrusion detection, staff training and incident response. It names Malwarebytes, Webroot, Datto and SentinelOne as platforms it manages.
It also sells a cloud phone and collaboration service under its own label, Elevate by Knight Office Solutions, and lists Intermedia as a partner on that page.
The work it points to
The home page quotes The San Antonio Orthopedic Group and Catto & Catto, which says it has worked with Knight for over 20 years. Both speak mainly about printers. The managed IT page quotes Nancy Espey of Espey & Associates PC, who praises "proactive and responsive service I receive at a fair price".
Knight reports a 2026 year-to-date Net Promoter Score of +94.86, which it says was calculated by CEO Juice, a third-party survey provider. It also lists CRN MSP500 Pioneer 250 recognition in several years. We have not spoken to any of those clients.
How it says it charges
It publishes no prices. The pages we read do not describe how managed IT is billed, whether per user, per device or flat fee. The cloud page says only that a client will know "how much you're going to pay" once a migration plan is drawn up.
What its site does not tell you
On the 10 pages we read, the site gives no prices, no contract terms and no response time figures. It claims fast response on printer service without a number.
On certifications, it calls itself a Microsoft Silver implementation partner and a Ricoh Family Group Circle of Excellence dealership. It names no security certifications for its IT staff. None of that is unusual for a provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about.
