On the 12 pages we read, the one stated service level is an emergency response time of "one hour or less guaranteed". The site does not say what counts as an emergency or what happens if the hour is missed. Its 100% Satisfaction Guarantee also comes without terms.
It says its technicians have at least 5-10 years of experience but names no certifications, and it does not say how many people work there. It gives no prices and no contract length. None of that is unusual for a small provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.
