Titanium Computing 2 of 5 checks

Flat-fee managed IT, security and compliance for Central Texas businesses of 10 to 250 people.

2013 Wells Branch Pkwy, Suite 310 Serving Austin titaniumcomputing.com

Titanium Computing Overview

Titanium Computing describes itself as an engineer-run managed IT and cybersecurity provider for Central Texas businesses. Its headquarters is in north Austin, with a second office in San Marcos that its site says came from acquiring CCI Computer Services. The site says it has run IT in the region for 10 years.

It names Richard Avery as founder and CEO, Greg Gotham as VP of operations and Jason Brashear as CTO. It says it runs the IT department for businesses of 10 to 250 people, and that about a third of its clients are co-managed.

What Titanium Computing sells

The managed service covers helpdesk, 24/7 monitoring, patching, hardware lifecycle, backup, endpoint security and quarterly vCIO reviews with a 3-year roadmap. The site is open about its tools. It names Atera for monitoring and patching, Huntress for endpoint security, Backup Radar for backup verification and FortiGate firewalls.

It runs a compliance program for HIPAA, CMMC Level 2 and SOC 2, and says most clients reach audit-ready in about four months. It also handles Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and private cloud migrations.

Two things are unusual. It sells its own phone platform, ampCortex.ai, which it says was spun off after it acquired Amp Telecom in 2024. It also builds custom AI systems on Claude, and gives clients a portal it calls ClientSync.

The work it points to

Its case studies are all AI projects: a law firm platform it says replaced a $4,000 to $10,000 a month tool stack, a call review system for auto service shops, and its own automated support line. The home page cites 5.0 on Google across 57 reviews and 1,400+ seats under management. We have not spoken to any of those clients.

How it says it charges

Titanium publishes prices on its pricing page. The three tiers are listed per user per month: Remote-First at $95, Complete at $125 and Compliance+ at $155. The home page shows a range for each tier, topping out at 115, 155 and 185 dollars, and says most Austin businesses pay between $95 and $185.

It states a minimum of 10 users, servers billed per device, and price breakpoints at 25, 50 and 100 seats. Agreements are month-to-month after a 90-day initial term. The 30-day onboarding carries no setup fee, and the exact quote follows a one-hour assessment.

What its site does not tell you

On the 12 pages we read, the site does not say how many people work there, and names no company-level certifications. It says a 15-minute average response and a 30-minute critical response are written into its agreement, but the agreement itself is not shown. Its 99.98% client uptime figure is one we cannot check.

This site tells a buyer more than most, and the remaining gaps are worth asking about before you sign.

What those services mean, and what to ask

Managed ITTitanium Computing lists: Managed IT

What an MSP is
CybersecurityTitanium Computing lists: Cybersecurity

Protection, detection and response: endpoint software, email filtering, firewalls and someone watching the alerts. Many providers resell a specialist for monitoring, so ask who actually does the work and who calls you at night.

Questions to Ask Titanium Computing

Chosen from what this record shows and what it does not. The general list for any provider is in the IT buyer's guide.

  • What exactly is included in the monthly fee, and what is billed separately: onboarding, projects, on-site visits?
  • What are the response and resolution times by priority, and what happens when they are missed?
  • Which certifications and partner tiers does the company hold? We have confirmed none with an issuer yet, so check each one in the issuer's own directory.
  • Can you speak to two clients of your size who have been with the company for more than a year? We have not reached any of its clients.
  • Backup is not among the services it puts first. Ask how your data is backed up, where, and when a restore was last tested.
  • Who holds the administrator credentials and the documentation, and how are they handed over if you leave?

Where This Record Comes From

The overview. Written by us from 12 pages of the company's own website, each read in full on Sep 17, 2026. It reports what the site says and what it leaves out. It is not a review, and nothing in it has been verified beyond the five checks.

Note on the record. No founding year is shown because four sources give four answers: the site says 10 years, Clutch 2016, BBB 2010 and the charter 2018-02-22. The site names Richard Avery as founder and CEO; BBB lists a different manager.
