Integritek Overview

Founded2009

Integritek is a managed IT and cybersecurity company with its head office in Austin. Its site says it has been at this for over nineteen years, and lists offices in Austin, Dallas, Eau Claire and Los Angeles. The about page names Ross Meglathery as CEO and David Spencer as President.

It says it is part of Lyra Technology Group, a network of more than 100 MSPs. It describes its clients as small and medium-sized businesses. Its menu lists many industries, including legal, healthcare, real estate, accounting, construction and life sciences.

What Integritek sells

The home page lists managed IT with daily monitoring and maintenance, cybersecurity with 24/7 monitoring, a help desk, vCIO strategy, procurement, and project work such as cloud migrations and network builds. It says each client is assigned a dedicated support pod, and that most new clients are onboarded within about 30 days.

The security pages we read cover a managed security operations center, IDS/IPS monitoring and cloud backup. The menu also lists Apple device support with Jamf.

It sells an AI product too. The site describes Integritek Secure AI, powered by Hatz.ai, as a way to give staff access to the major AI models without pasting client information into personal accounts. It also says it uses an AI support agent called Thread.

The work it points to

The site says more than 150 businesses rely on it and that it manages 3,500+ endpoints. Testimonials are signed by role, such as the CEO of a commercial real estate firm. Case study summaries name Friends of the Children, which it says came to Integritek after a system breach.

It lists three awards for 2024: MSP Success Magazine's MSP Titans of the Year list, Pax8 Partner of the Year, and ScalePad's PAC Member of the Year. We have not spoken to any of those clients.

How it says it charges

Its FAQ says "Managed IT is a flat monthly rate per seat", with larger one-off projects quoted separately. Agreements are annual. New clients on an annual agreement get a 90-day satisfaction guarantee and can leave in that period without penalty. Secure AI is priced on usage instead of per person. It publishes no prices.

What its site does not tell you

On the 12 pages we read, the site gives no prices. It does state some things many providers leave out: a team of 30+ people, calls answered in about five minutes, 98% client satisfaction measured weekly, and engineers with current CompTIA and Microsoft certifications. It names no company-level security certification.

It attaches no guarantee to the response figures. None of that is unusual for a provider's website, and all of it is worth asking about before you sign.

What those services mean, and what to ask

Managed ITIntegritek lists: Managed IT

Ongoing responsibility for your systems for a recurring fee: monitoring, patching, support and planning. Ask exactly which devices, users and sites the fee covers, and what is billed on top.

What an MSP is
CybersecurityIntegritek lists: MDR and SOC, Penetration testing

Protection, detection and response: endpoint software, email filtering, firewalls and someone watching the alerts. Many providers resell a specialist for monitoring, so ask who actually does the work and who calls you at night.

Cybersecurity basics
Cloud and Microsoft 365Integritek lists: Microsoft 365 and Azure

Licensing, administration, security settings and migration for cloud platforms. The platform keeps the service running; backing up your data in it and securing the accounts is still somebody's job, so ask whose.

Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365
Backup and disaster recoveryIntegritek lists: Backup as a service

Copies of your data kept where the original's problems cannot reach, and a plan for bringing systems back. Ask how often a restore is tested and how long a full recovery takes.

ComplianceIntegritek lists: Compliance and audits

Help meeting a security standard or a regulator's rules. Ask which frameworks the provider has taken clients through, and what evidence it produces for an auditor.

Rules that come with those sectors

Naming a sector is not evidence that a provider meets its rules. These are the ones that commonly apply in the United States, and what to ask about each.

Accounting
Tax and accounting firms fall under the FTC Safeguards Rule, and the IRS expects a written information security plan. Ask how the provider supports yours.
Financial services
Firms covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act must keep a written information security program. Ask what the provider contributes to it and what evidence it can give an examiner.
Healthcare
A provider with access to patient data is a business associate under HIPAA. Ask for a signed business associate agreement before it touches your systems.
Legal
Lawyers have a professional duty to make reasonable efforts to protect client information, under ABA Model Rule 1.6 and its state versions. Ask how client files and email are secured.

Questions to Ask Integritek

Chosen from what this record shows and what it does not. The general list for any provider is in the IT buyer's guide.

  • What exactly is included in the monthly fee, and what is billed separately: onboarding, projects, on-site visits?
  • We have no published pricing on record for Integritek. Ask for the price per user or per device, the minimum, and the contract length, in writing.
  • What are the response and resolution times by priority, and what happens when they are missed?
  • Which certifications and partner tiers does the company hold? We have confirmed none with an issuer yet, so check each one in the issuer's own directory.
  • Can you speak to two clients of your size who have been with the company for more than a year? We have not reached any of its clients.
  • It names Accounting, Architecture, Financial services, Construction, Energy and utilities, Engineering, Healthcare, Insurance, Legal, Life sciences, Non-profit, Real estate, Technology and Transportation and logistics. If your sector is not among them, ask for a client in it.
  • Who holds the administrator credentials and the documentation, and how are they handed over if you leave?

Where This Record Comes From

The overview. Written by us from 12 pages of the company's own website, each read in full on Sep 17, 2026. It reports what the site says and what it leaves out. It is not a review, and nothing in it has been verified beyond the five checks.

Note on the record. The trading name resolves to a filed entity, which is what this row was waiting for. The entity is registered with a principal address in Longwood, Florida, so the Austin office is a branch of an out-of-state company rather than the seat of it. That is worth saying on the listing rather than hiding.

Integritek FAQ

What does Integritek do?

Integritek sells managed IT alongside a security practice built around managed detection and response, a security operations centre and SIEM, with incident response and penetration testing beside it.

The Microsoft line covers 365, Azure, SharePoint and Teams, and there is a compliance and audit practice. It publishes offices beyond Austin and names eighteen industries. That is how the company describes itself; we transcribed it from its website and did not verify it.

What services does Integritek offer?

The services it puts first are Managed IT, MDR and SOC, Microsoft 365 and Azure, Backup as a service, Compliance and audits and Penetration testing. A provider usually offers more than it lists, so ask about anything you need that is not named.

Where is Integritek located?

1949 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Suite 203, Austin, TX. From the check record: 1949 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Suite 203, Austin, TX 78741, published as the head office on the company own contact page, which also lists Dallas, Los Angeles and Eau Claire offices. Not visited. Checked 2026-09-08.

Which industries does Integritek work with?

It names Accounting, Architecture, Financial services, Construction, Energy and utilities, Engineering, Healthcare, Insurance, Legal, Life sciences, Non-profit, Real estate, Technology and Transportation and logistics. That list comes from its own website.

How long has Integritek been in business?

Since 2009, which is 17 years. A note on the record: The trading name resolves to a filed entity, which is what this row was waiting for.

The entity is registered with a principal address in Longwood, Florida, so the Austin office is a branch of an out-of-state company rather than the seat of it. That is worth saying on the listing rather than hiding.

Is Integritek a registered company?

Yes. Texas Comptroller active franchise taxpayer INTEGRITEK HOLDINGS LLC, SOS file 0801130780, chartered 2009-06-04, right to transact business active. The principal address on the register is 242 Rangeline Rd, Longwood, Florida, so the Austin address is a branch office. Checked 2026-09-08.

Has Packet Basics verified Integritek?

2 of the 5 checks have passed. Still outstanding: website and phone, certifications and client references. The record on this page shows what was found for each one and when.

How much does Integritek charge?

We have no published pricing on record for it, and we do not estimate prices. Request a quote and ask for the price per user, the minimum and the contract length in writing.

How do I get a quote from Integritek?

Use the quote button on this page. A request sent from here goes to this company alone. To compare it with others, the general form sends one request to up to three listed companies that cover your area. Both are free and commit you to nothing.

How do I contact Integritek directly?

By phone on (737) 371-8867. Its website is integritek.net. From the check record: The site is live and publishes (737) 371-8867 for Austin. Nobody has called it. Checked 2026-09-08.

Did Integritek pay to be listed here?

No. A listing is free and starts with the registration check. A company pays a flat referral fee only when a quote request is sent to it, the same fee for every company, so it cannot buy a position.
