I found an out-of-date price. What should I do?
Send it through the form with a link to the vendor pricing page if you have one. Prices carry the date we verified them, and a correction moves that date.
I run an MSP. How do I get listed?
Pick "List my company" above and include your website. Listing is free once your state registration is confirmed. The other four checks, live website and phone, physical address, certifications confirmed with the issuer, and clients we can contact, are published on your profile as they are done. There is no way to pay for a listing or for a position.
My company is listed and something is wrong.
Pick "Claim a listing". We will verify you work there, then correct it. If a listing is materially wrong we remove it while we re-check rather than leave it up.
Can I pay to be ranked higher?
No. Scores come from a published rubric, with the evidence behind them named on each ranking, and directory order comes from verified reviews, confirmed certifications and documented response times. Sponsorships exist, are labeled, and never move a score or a position.
Will you review my product?
Maybe. We rank whole categories rather than single products, so a tool enters when we next refresh its category. Send the details and we will tell you when that is.
